Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in Account Executive or Presales role
- Experience in performing complex software/platform demos
- Native German and Fluent English proficiency
- Ability to establish strong relationships with decision-makers
- Excellent active listening skills and teamwork attitude
- Basic knowledge of HR culture would be a plus
- Enthusiasm for the working environment
Tasks
- Drive revenue in German-speaking markets
- Focus on the mid-market segment
- Learn and execute proven sales methodologies
- Lead opportunities from demo to closing
- Participate in responses to requests for proposals
- Grow your network with HR and training decision-makers
- Develop effective sales strategies to close deals
- Familiarize yourself with the team and company features
- Attend customer meetings to understand processes and tools
- Complete your onboarding process
- Perform product demonstrations for clients
- Report activities accurately to optimize forecasts
- Build a pipeline of potential clients
- Close your first deal
- Establish a network of HR Directors and Training Managers in Germany
- Process inbound project requests continuously
- Identify business opportunities within new accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Share knowledge as a subject-matter expert on the platform
- Contribute to improving the sales playbook
- Participate in internal projects
- Handle complex, multi-thread deals
