Requirements
- PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines, or Master's in named disciplines with 2+ years work experience
- Work experience with cross-technology systems design/implementation (CPU, GPU, clusters)
- Parallel programming with CUDA/OpenCL
- Good programming proficiency, particularly C and Python
- Linux fluency
- Advantageous experience with image processing, machine learning, networking technologies
Tasks
- Develop a modular, plugin-based system for large-scale 3D image processing pipelines
- Ensure cross-technology support (CPU, GPU, multi-node systems)
- Optimize for zero-copy data paths
- Utilize high-speed interconnects efficiently
- Ensure optimal scalability across multiple GPUs and GPU nodes
- Implement and integrate 3D image processing algorithms
- Include pre- and post-processing steps in algorithms
- Optimize system performance for partner computing infrastructures
- Implement high-level data processing pipelines in Python
- Create pipelines using a visual programming tool
- Integrate pipelines into an online interactive platform
