Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Revenue, Commercial, or Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Process Management, or similar
- Experience in fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Account Management or Sales Operations
- Ideally worked closely with or in Account Management or Sales Operations teams
- Proven record of building and optimizing operational processes at scale
- Ideally supporting globally distributed teams
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery and adoption
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen
- Skilled at using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
- Experience with SQL, BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to drive alignment and influence globally diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and driver of change
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are an advantage
