- Highly collaborative with effective cross-functional partnering and influencing
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen

- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to drive alignment and influence globally diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and driver of change
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are an advantage

- Align and harmonize Account Management activities
- Operationalize Price & Commission Execution
- Ensure consistency and localized adaptation
- Support supply growth, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with Pricing Team, Product, Marketing, Analytics
- Work with regional Account Management leads
- Identify pricing and commission challenges
- Extract and roll out best practices
- Co-create impactful solutions
- Leverage data and analytics
- Identify operational optimization opportunities
- Increase supplier satisfaction
- Enhance commercial effectiveness and performance
- Develop operational tools and dashboards
- Deploy reporting solutions
- Enable transparent tracking
- Support data-driven decision-making
