- Availability to travel for approximately 50% of working time
- Experience in sales of capital equipment, capital sales cycle and stakeholder mapping
- Fluency in both German and English

Tasks
- Oversee sales operations in Austria and Switzerland
- Manage performance of six direct reports
- Forecast quarterly sales outcomes
- Develop talent and promote diversity and inclusion
- Communicate business and operational developments
- Plan and prioritize responsibilities for direct reports
- Directly participate in sales activities as needed
- Plan and monitor sales team activities to meet targets
- Develop and implement strategies for existing and potential accounts
- Regularly forecast team revenue performance
- Manage daily activities of the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with key account personnel
- Support sales, market development, and clinical programs
- Identify opportunities for new programs to enhance sales plans
- Conduct competitive analyses and implement effective strategies
