Tasks

- Serve as the senior HR escalation point in Europe
- Design talent and succession strategies for leadership pipelines
- Coach managers through complex organizational challenges
- Identify capability gaps and sponsor development solutions
- Lead organizational design and workforce transformation initiatives
- Execute change management strategies for business growth
- Counsel leaders on performance and employee relations
- Navigate local labor laws, unions, and works councils
- Manage risk and engagement for diverse employee populations
- Collaborate on job architecture and rewards planning
- Lead strategic workforce planning for operational priorities
- Partner with recruiters to build diverse talent pipelines
- Champion an inclusive and high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and international labor laws
- Partner with legal and EHS on risk management
- Leverage HR metrics to drive data-based decisions
- Improve HR systems and shared services maturity
