- Work around chemicals and biological products requiring specific protection

- Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
- Embrace digital technology and data analysis for optimization
- Support the design of the Business Process and Factory of the Future
- Apply Organizational Change Management in projects
- Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching
- Act as a proactive Business Partner with operational leaders
- Lead the strategy deployment process with stakeholders
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management in initiatives
- Track key performance indicators and identify performance gaps
- Recommend solutions for performance improvement
