- Oversee end-to-end logistics across all modalities
- Manage operations in major EU markets
- Navigate Middle East and Eastern Europe complexities
- Direct cross-market distribution and regional supply points
- Manage in-market 3PL and overflow warehousing
- Direct bio, pharma, and clinical logistics
- Lead cell therapy logistics operations
- Coordinate with Order-to-Cash and Commercial functions
- Collaborate with RCO and Cell Therapy teams
- Partner with Customs, Trade, and Global Services
- Manage final-mile delivery to patients and sites
- Drive operational excellence across the network
- Advise Market General Managers on distribution topics
- Represent Global Supply Chain to internal stakeholders
- Coach and develop high-performing employees
- Maintain GDP and corporate training requirements
- Support follow-the-sun shipments for EMEA transactions
- Assist other regional operations during EMEA hours
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain agility
- Ensure product supply continuity to all markets
- Build customer-focused relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee warehouse and transportation management
- Monitor 3PL relationships and resolve issues
- Control logistics costs for all modalities
- Coordinate supply from manufacturing to market DCs
- Support overflow warehouses for the manufacturing network
- Manage supply from DCs to customers
- Oversee reverse logistics and complaint resolution
- Provide procurement input for 3PL vendor RFPs
- Support contract renewals and vendor negotiations
- Ensure GMP, GDP, and internal controls compliance
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans
- Act as designee for the Vice President
