  • Experience in lead generation system implementation
  • Understanding of business and HR processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for learning and professional development
  • Fluent English and Spanish, Italian is a plus

Tasks

  • Execute the commercial strategy across Southern Europe
  • Lead and motivate direct and indirect sales teams
  • Manage regional forecasting and pipeline health
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services on growth programs
  • Monitor processes to ensure smooth operations and cohesion
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
  • Conduct sales workshops and educational seminars for the channel
  • Assess individual and team success through KPI monitoring
  • Identify and recruit capable partners for DocuWare solutions
  • Onboard new partners and close standard partner agreements
  • Implement business review plans to develop channel opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities with sales and professional services
  • Qualify potential customers and guide them to deal closure
  • Analyze territory records to plan and measure results
