  • Define and implement business strategy and action plans
  • Direct and drive all commercial operations
  • Manage Senior Key Account Managers
  • Monitor business results and verify objectives
  • Define corrective actions for business performance
  • Develop bi-annual business plans
  • Deliver timely product presentations and business proposals
  • Provide customers with required decision-making materials
  • Develop and update monthly market forecasts
  • Review actual performance to adjust plans
  • Analyze sell-through data and market intelligence
  • Communicate clearly and solve customer challenges quickly
  • Provide proactive and effective customer service
  • Increase sales and market share in France
  • Source new business opportunities throughout the region
  • Expand distribution depth and brand equity
  • Prepare sales targets for Top 10 customers
  • Produce monthly reports with 90% forecast accuracy
  • Assist in delivering sales strategies and joint business plans
  • Provide feedback and coaching to account management teams
