  • Fashion background in buying, merchandising, product development or commercial fashion sales (Softlines)
  • Strong commercial experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, planning
  • Financial acumen; ability to turn numbers into plans
  • Data-driven decision-making; performance analysis, conclusions, recommendations
  • Resilience and agility; ability to prioritize and pivot
  • Relationship building and influencing skills at all levels
  • Sharp eye for digital, social, brick-and-mortar marketing in fashion/apparel
  • Excellent planning and organization skills; forward-thinking, innovation-minded
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of EMEA market differences
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Fluent German and English

  • Activate strategic partners
  • Grow key EMEA accounts
  • Lead senior-level relationships
  • Lead joint business planning
  • Conduct quarterly forecasting
  • Set objectives with licensees
  • Manage regional contract negotiations
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Shape product development

  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate International Labour Standards (ILS) process
