  • •Understanding of HR laws and professionalism
  • •Excellent interpersonal communication and influence skills
  • •Independent work and hybrid environment collaboration
  • •Experience with HRIS and SAP (plus)

Tasks

  • •Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
  • •Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices
  • •Administer performance reviews and development plans
  • •Ensure HR policy compliance with local employment laws
  • •Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
  • •Partner with managers on employee engagement initiatives
  • •Collaborate with Business Partners to ensure operational continuity
  • •Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through policy
  • •Contribute to HR process improvement projects
  • •Support escalations from the Tier 1 team
  • •Guide employees and leaders through conflict resolution
  • •Resolve complex payroll discrepancies
  • •Participate actively in local office events
