Tasks

  • •Lead HR operations for European engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
  • •Partner with stakeholders on organizational design and change leadership

  • •Develop skills training, apprenticeship, and student worker programs
  • •Collaborate with Legal to build manufacturing and clean-room HR policies
  • •Implement new HR processes to support business growth
  • •Drive talent initiatives that enable high performance and operational excellence
  • •Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
  • •Coach executive leaders on values and leadership behaviors
