P&L management for PerfectDraft DTC business, multi-channel strategy across e-commerce, retail, gastronomy at global brewer of 500+ brands. 3-5 years sales experience, ideally brick-and-mortar retail, with digital/eCommerce background required. Requirements
- University degree in business or related field, or commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in digital area (eCommerce/digitalization)
- 3-5 years Sales experience, ideally in brick-and-mortar retail
- In-depth understanding of acquisition channels and performance marketing experience
- Fluent in English and German or English and Italian
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Enthusiasm, ambition, well-organized, and solution flexibility

Tasks
- Manage the full P&L for the PerfectDraft DTC business
- Develop the PerfectDraft multi-channel strategy
- Implement the PerfectDraft multi-channel strategy (e-commerce, retail, gastronomy)
- Collaborate with Key Account, Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Logistics
- Ensure first-class multi-channel brand integration
- Ensure product availability
- Conceptualize and implement paid social media campaigns with the team
- Conceptualize and implement performance marketing activities with the team
- Ensure measurable results from marketing campaigns and activities
- Acquire new consumers
- Maximize machine sales
- Build new partnerships to increase consumer reach
- Plan pricing and promotions for the DTC platform
