- •Foster an organizational RGM growth mindset
- •Deliver RGM training, tools, and processes
- •Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams
- •Influence commercial decisions across a matrix organization
- •Monitor market dynamics and competitive RGM activities
- •Translate data insights into actionable strategic decisions
- •Establish and track RGM Strategic Performance Indicators
- •Identify performance gaps and provide forecasting insights
