- Deliver RGM training, tools, and processes
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams
- Influence commercial decisions across a matrix organization
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive RGM activities
- Translate data insights into actionable strategic decisions
- Establish and track RGM Strategic Performance Indicators
- Identify performance gaps and provide forecasting insights
