Central Account Manager(m/w/x)
Sales strategy and annual agreement negotiation for Biscuit/Meals categories in the snacking industry, leading junior account managers. Proven Key Account Management experience and German Trade knowledge required. Leadership role with team development focus.
Requirements
- University degree in economics or equivalent
- Proven Key Account Management experience or equivalent in sales
- Profound knowledge of relevant sales aspects and German Trade
- Negotiation skills for beneficial customer agreements
- Strategic thinking to connect internal and external requirements
- Deep knowledge of Mondelez Customer & Shopper insight tools
- Cross Functional background (nice-to-have)
Tasks
- Achieve sales targets for dedicated customers
- Develop sales strategies based on customer and category insights
- Negotiate annual agreements and short-term initiatives
- Lead and develop the team, including Junior Key Account Managers
- Manage internal category alignments for Biscuit/Meals
- Create annual customer plans and additional promotional activities
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, including assortment and promotions
- Manage agreements for cross-category activities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Facilitate optimal interaction between national and regional accounts
- Support the National Key Account Manager with local strategies

Education
- Bachelor's degree
