Tasks

  • Partner with the Regional Sales leader to develop and execute a growth strategy
  • Oversee all technical sales and customer satisfaction activities in the region
  • Formulate strategies to penetrate target accounts and expand existing customer relationships
  • Engage with customers, promoting the Proofpoint vision to technical and C-suite executives
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to support rapid growth
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve their career goals
  • Coach and enable a team of elite Sales Engineers in product expertise and technical sales processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and ensure customer loyalty
  • Engage and sponsor local channel partners to support business growth
  • Initiate and execute local initiatives to drive business expansion
