- •Deep proficiency in macOS administration and troubleshooting
- •Familiarity with administering Google Workspace
- •Strong understanding of basic networking fundamentals
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Resourceful and adaptable mindset
- •Passion for technology and willingness to learn

- •Collect and de-provision assets for departing employees
- •Set up and troubleshoot meeting room technology
- •Provide technical support for internal events and livestreams
- •Create and update technical runbooks and knowledge base articles
- •Enhance end-user self-service and team efficiency
- •Assist with documentation and execution of IT controls
