Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 7–10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
- Broad HR expertise across various functions
- Experience in manufacturing or processing environments
- Proven success in a multinational organisation
- Strong understanding of European labour markets
- Commercial acumen with understanding of economic drivers
- Strategic thinking and pragmatic action
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Cultural awareness and resilience in complex environments
- Fluency in English; German and/or another European language
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Tasks
- Act as the senior HR partner to the C-Flex and FPF Segment Leadership Teams
- Drive execution of Mondi’s global HR strategy aligned with business priorities
- Embed Mondi values and behaviors to promote desired culture
- Contribute to business strategy discussions with a people and organizational perspective
- Partner with leaders to design effective organizational structures
- Lead talent assessment and succession planning for critical roles
- Provide coaching to senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities
- Coordinate key HR processes including performance management and salary planning
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to align HR agendas
- Support site HR People Partners in implementing the global HR strategy
- Assess HR capability across sites and address gaps through recruitment and development
- Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Ensure fair handling of HR matters across countries
- Contribute to the Extended Mondi HR Leadership Team and support HR initiatives
- Maintain strong site connectivity through regular visits and feedback
