GTM Manager - AI Outbound Campaigns(m/w/x)
Running AI-driven outbound campaigns for two e-commerce SaaS brands. Prospect identification and segmentation using data enrichment tools required. Exposure to scaling European tech, clean systems, good data.
Requirements
- C2 German fluency (native or equivalent)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 1-3 years GTM, outbound campaigns, or strong transferable skills/AI tool experience
- Hands-on AI outbound tools experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Independent and proactive
- Growth mindset (testing, iterating, improving)
- Available during CET business hours
- B2B SaaS or logistics tech experience
- Familiarity with Make or Zapier
- Sales ops or RevOps background
Tasks
- Run AI-driven outbound campaigns for two brands
- Identify and enrich prospects using data enrichment tools
- Segment leads for targeted campaigns
- Build and manage email and outbound sequences
- Write compelling campaign messaging
- Maintain CRM data hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Create workflow automations with Make, Zapier, or similar
- Track and optimize campaign performance
- Focus on increasing meetings booked and demos signed up
