- •1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition
- •Proven experience running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results
- •Strong understanding of D2C funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- •Analytical mindset with creative instinct
- •Experience with GA4, Webflow, Hotjar, HubSpot, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar
- •Excellent copywriting and content sense
- •Background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle brands, real estate, or consumer apps
- •Preference for slow corporate environments
- •Discomfort with owning performance targets
- •Avoidance of accountability or rapid experimentation
- •Lack of passion for consumer brands and lifestyle marketing
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- •Build high-performing acquisition funnels for bookings and leads
- •Test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to reduce CAC
- •Scale successful strategies and eliminate ineffective ones
- •Build and optimize landing pages for booking conversion
- •Run A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, copy, and visual storytelling
- •Enhance the ad to landing to booking flow using data insights
- •Develop engaging social content that fosters trust and desirability
- •Collaborate with creators to produce eye-catching UGC ads
- •Grow organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- •Track performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
- •Launch weekly experiments across channels, creatives, funnels, and offers
- •Use data to inform decisions, budgets, and growth strategies
- •Understand the preferences of different traveler segments
- •Provide insights to product and operations teams to improve experiences
- •Shape brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints
