Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial operations support in Life Sciences services and solutions to global clients in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
  • In-depth understanding of drug commercialisation and related analytical/CMC requirements
  • Experience in a Contract Services Organization (CRO) an advantage
  • Extensive scientific expertise in Pharma/Biopharma testing
  • Knowledge of CRM and other commercial systems
  • Strong team leadership across complex cultural organisations
  • High commitment to achieving time frames previously defined and agreed with customer
  • Highly skilled at setting up strong networking internally and within client's organization to drive and lead change
  • Analytical, decisive, ethical, problem solver, persuasive, commercially-sensitive
  • Highly customer-oriented with deep commercial focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Contribute to global Pharma growth strategy
  • Lead Key Account team in market assessment
  • Support corporate development strategies
  • Prioritize project requirements with stakeholders
  • Deliver analytics projects on schedule
  • Manage strategic project management for global accounts
  • Coordinate complex RFP/RFI responses
  • Manage multisite project coordination
  • Conduct account governance and business reviews
  • Present global capabilities in client meetings
  • Participate in conferences and deliver presentations
  • Coordinate account development planning
  • Engage with the global network
  • Support commercial systems deployment
  • Liaise with corporate IT functions
  • Attend regional business development meetings
  • Participate in global sales and marketing strategy
  • Support commercial integration of acquisitions
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Mentor Business Development Managers
  • Support opportunities management in new markets
