Tasks
- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies
- Deepen and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling
- Build a robust pipeline through proactive engagement
- Monitor account performance against KPIs and revenue targets
- Provide account insights to inform service development
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Address client concerns with strategic solutions
- Foster long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer visits and site meetings
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback on emerging client needs
- Support proposal development and contract negotiations
- Manage account renewals and commercial outcomes
- Align account strategies with company goals
- Lead negotiations to optimize profitability
- Ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting
- Maintain up-to-date account records in CRM systems
- Establish and drive a sales-focused culture
- Execute a comprehensive European go-to-market strategy
- Build and optimize the sales team structure

- Implement scalable systems and processes for growth
- Transition Pharma sites to pan-European operations
- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes across Europe
