- Advanced PC knowledge
- Comfort with MS Office
- Typing speed >= 25 WPM with >= 80% accuracy
- Familiarity with MacOS and iOS ecosystems (plus)
- Ability to use positive language when resolving complaints
Tasks
- Represent a leading American technology brand
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
- Guide customers through their buying journey
- Help customers decide on and find products
- Handle after-sales care and e-commerce complaints
- Process returns and cancellations
- Resolve delivery issues
- Undergo mandatory cross-skilling after 30 days
- Achieve high customer satisfaction (TMS)
- Increase booked call rate (BCR)
- Resolve issues on the first call (FCR)
