- Manage digital content delivery and services
- Design solutions alongside product owners
- Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities
- Translate business objectives into master asset strategies
- Translate business objectives into executable campaign roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end digital campaigns
- Oversee campaign planning and launch
- Track campaign performance
- Optimize campaign performance
- Manage digital services: web, email, SEO, paid media, creative, medical copywriting, translation
- Design digital services
- Implement digital services
- Optimize digital services
- Develop sustainable service standards
- Improve service models
- Identify root causes for optimization
- Utilize next-generation technologies like GenAI
- Drive Lab adoption
- Optimize costs
- Achieve OPEX savings
- Provide digital content best practices
- Monitor KPIs at affiliate and disease area levels
- Act as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) subject matter expert
- Oversee DAM design, workflow, metadata, and tools
- Lead engagement with agency partners
- Identify training needs
- Conduct training sessions
