- Expertise in Content Management tools (Veeva Vault PromoMats, Digital Asset Management systems)
- Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Capability to perform at Job Grade SE8 level
Tasks
- Design, implement, and scale digital services
- Ensure seamless global digital service delivery
- Lead internal and external service delivery teams
- Collaborate with Global Pharma Strategy, Product Development, and Medical Affairs
- Optimize end-to-end processes
- Drive digital content best practices evolution
- Partner with key stakeholders (GPS/PI, FP, The Lab)
- Understand strategic priorities
- Design and scale digital services (web, email, SEO, creative)
- Develop sustainable service standards and models
- Identify root causes for optimization
- Utilize next-gen technologies like GenAI
- Maximize budgets
- Drive Lab adoption to optimize costs
- Achieve OPEX savings
- Monitor content KPIs at affiliate and disease levels
- Act as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) expert
- Oversee DAM design, workflow, metadata, and tools
- Lead engagement with agency partners
- Identify training needs and conduct sessions
- Ensure effective process adoption
- Close organizational knowledge gaps
- Coach and empower team members
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Establish clear reporting structures
- Create dashboards for leadership transparency
- Drive cross-service alignment
- Maintain critical documentation (SOWs, RFPs, service models, governance frameworks, Lab processes)
