- Prior consultative selling experience
- Expertise in technology/solutioning areas, including technical certifications (Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise and zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, Security and Resiliency)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 7 years minimum experience selling technical services
