Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven CRM, online marketing, or e-commerce experience; online gaming industry experience is a plus
  • Passion for digital products and understanding of online ecosystem and customer behavior
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, KPI tracking, and insight translation
  • Data-driven, solution-oriented mindset with creativity and hands-on approach
  • Organized and tenacious with ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication, proactive and reliable approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite; analytical tools experience is a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages beneficial
