- Provide on-site event support
- Track operational tasks and follow-ups
- Analyze community engagement data using AI tools
- Develop sessions and prepare event agendas
- Coordinate with internal teams for event delivery
- Manage community inboxes and route inquiries
- Draft written content for community communications
- Distribute communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and MyForum
- Develop marketing and engagement materials
- Schedule executive and member onboarding calls
- Manage shared team timelines and to-do lists
- Coordinate operational planning for annual events
