Tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with Partner representatives
- Maintain ongoing Partner engagement with the Forum
- Deliver tailored engagement plans to address Partner priorities
- Deepen Partner involvement in relevant Forum activities
- Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem
- Document Partner information diligently in Salesforce
- Monitor Partner news and health to flag engagement risks
- Course-correct engagement activities based on strategic plans
- Lead Partner preparation for institutional events
- Manage event invitations, registrations, and participant agendas
- Coordinate speaking roles and event logistics
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation
- Execute engagement plans based on industry trends
- Manage Partner retention and engagement metrics
- Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date
- Foster a 'One-Forum' approach with internal teams
- Collaborate with product teams and Centers for optimal engagement
