Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in private sector, international organization, or related field
- Strong experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, community building, and high-level convening
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainability topics, governance (corporate oversight and/or risk management)
- Proven track record in thought-leadership contribution
- Strong relationship-building skills and effective engagement with senior executives
- Proactive, results-oriented, and effective operation in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based relationship management systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high quality standards
Tasks
- Lead project management and strategic coordination for the Resilient Boards Network.
- Convene and manage the advisory group and steering committee.
- Monitor engagement tracking and key performance indicators.
- Systematize engagement tracking and key performance indicators.
- Report on engagement tracking and key performance indicators.
- Assess community developments.
- Identify new engagement opportunities.
- Align the Network's value proposition with member priorities and strategic objectives.
- Identify cross-Forum collaboration opportunities.
- Drive cross-Forum collaboration opportunities.
- Manage strategic relationships with the Chapter Zero Alliance.
- Manage strategic relationships with priority ecosystem partners.
- Conduct targeted research on climate governance topics.
- Perform analysis on climate governance topics.
- Align contributions with Global Future Council priorities.
- Align contributions with broader Centre priorities.
- Oversee design, programming, and delivery of in-person engagements.
- Oversee design, programming, and delivery of virtual engagements.
- Manage regional workshops and high-level convenings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage online community platforms.
- Develop content strategy for online platforms.
- Curate content for online platforms.
- Distribute the monthly newsletter.
- Curate digital content across Forum platforms.
- Coordinate digital content across Forum platforms.
- Manage content for the Forum website.
- Manage content for TopLink.
- Manage content for the Strategic Intelligence platform.
