- Drive cross-functional resource planning.
- Align demand for digital initiatives.
- Manage digital initiative dependencies.
- Establish and operate a Digital PMO governance framework.
- Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and reporting.
- Ensure transparency and effective escalation.
- Improve digital delivery maturity through evolving PMO standards.
