Tasks
- Define and refine the AI strategy
- Translate enterprise ambitions into an executable roadmap
- Track AI initiative value and success metrics
- Balance short-term impact with long-term capability building
- Prioritize and sequence the AI ART roadmap
- Manage dependencies across various AI initiatives
- Align priorities with business sponsors and product management
- Ensure coherence between use cases and data foundations
- Establish financial frameworks for cost control
- Chair the AI ART and oversee governance
- Approve key milestones and final deliverables
- Guide concept development for scalable solutions
- Allocate resources and resolve capacity constraints
- Mitigate delivery, technology, and regulatory risks
- Act as a strategic partner to product owners
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency
