- Manage BU demand funnel toward SAP CoE
- Lead process harmonization and continuous improvement
- Eliminate template deviations and promote best practices
- Monitor business process performance
- Use key metrics and data analysis
- Benchmark against industry standards
- Drive data governance and management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Assess and address training needs
- Deliver resources and training sessions
- Champion change management initiatives
- Promote global process adoption
- Minimize local customizations

- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop global teams
