Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with technical or business focus
  • Experience in technical account management, planning, problem solving, innovation, analysis, negotiation, and communication
  • Technical understanding and interest in IT technologies

  • Knowledge of relevant ITIL standards (minimum requirement 'ITIL Foundation' Certificate)
  • High ability to work in a team and collaborate in virtual teams

  • Presenting skills to represent HPE to customers

  • Willingness to participate in 365x7x24 Duty rota for customer SPAR
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English: oral and written

Tasks

  • Support service onboarding and transitions
  • Proactively manage service delivery
  • Coordinate internal support and technical teams
  • Ensure structured incident and problem control
  • Collaborate closely with account management and sales teams
  • Monitor service levels and identify risks or deviations
  • Conduct regular service reviews with customers
  • Analyze service performance and recommend improvements
  • Communicate planned changes and optimizations
