Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager, in Inside Sales, or as a customer advisor in the IT industry
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience in other industries or various sales roles is desirable
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Very good German and English language skills

Tasks

  • Manage existing customer accounts
  • Acquire new customers in the commercial and public sectors in Austria
  • Proactively sell the complete HPE product portfolio
  • Analyze customer industries and competitive situations
  • Adapt the HPE portfolio to meet customer needs and goals
  • Organize and maintain project management and forecasting
  • Participate in product campaigns to boost sales and generate new projects
  • Collaborate closely with end customers and HPE sales partners
  • Implement up-selling and cross-selling of IT solutions as part of customer retention strategy
