Requirements

  • B2B sales, business development, or comparable commercial role experience
  • Strong understanding of Austrian market and culture
  • Proactive opportunity creation
  • Clear, confident communication and trust-building skills
  • Structured work, pipeline management, follow-up discipline
  • Tech-driven mindset, curiosity for AI, automation, sales improvement
  • German fluency (C2) and strong English skills (B2+/C1)
  • SaaS, compliance, ESG, privacy, GRC, legal tech, or RegTech sales experience
  • Experience contributing to local campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, or market-building
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar tools
  • Experience contributing to local campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, or market-building
  • Strong sense of ownership and shaping Austrian market for EQS

Tasks

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles
  • Sell EQS’s full solution portfolio
  • Target enterprise and mid-sized customers
  • Present solutions clearly and value-oriented
  • Connect product capabilities to business outcomes
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Bridge EQS and the Austrian market
  • Bring local insights into the organization
  • Operate independently in a focused market
  • Manage pipeline, priorities, and workload
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Director
  • Work with Marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Drive demand and market presence
  • Win new business
  • Leverage modern sales tools
  • Use AI-supported workflows
  • Improve sales efficiency and preparation
