Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of eight People Ops and Payroll partners
- Consolidate People Ops and Payroll functions into one integrated team
- Map and redesign core processes for the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all markets
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using no-code and low-code tools
- Reduce manual effort and set new standards for team operations
- Build a success measurement framework with SLAs, error rates, and processing times
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders on success metrics
- Partner with Finance, People Partners, Legal, and Compliance
- Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory alignment across markets
