- Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Very good understanding of payroll processes and labor law fundamentals
- Proficient use of Personio (or comparable HRIS systems)
- High independence and structured work approach
- Strong quality awareness and reliability
- Analytical understanding and enjoyment of working with data
- Experience in project management or process optimization advantageous
- German native speaker or very good German language skills
- Taking responsibility and driving topics independently
- Thinking in processes and finding pragmatic solutions

Tasks
- Oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle
- Prepare and coordinate payroll with external partners
- Create and manage employment contracts
- Process contract amendments
- Generate employee references
- Manage and develop company pension plans
- Maintain and ensure quality of HR data in Personio
- Ensure compliance with labor law regulations
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
- Contribute to HR projects
- Focus on process automation and standardization
