Anforderungen
- •Degree in Offshore, Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or related discipline
- •3–6 years offshore transport and installation experience
- •Understanding of WTG components and installation methodologies
- •Experience reviewing technical procedures and coordinating contractors
- •Familiarity with offshore HSE practices and vessel operations
- •Knowledge of certification requirements like DNV or MWS
- •Fluent English skills
- •Willingness to travel for on-site and offshore support

- •Plan and execute offshore WTG transport
- •Manage port and marshalling operations
- •Oversee offshore installation and commissioning
- •Coordinate pre-assembly and load-out scopes
- •Ensure safe and efficient project execution
- •Review RAMS and installation procedures
- •Evaluate lifting plans and seafastening designs
- •Coordinate load-out and technical documentation
- •Support vessel selection and mobilization
- •Manage interfaces with ports and contractors
- •Liaise with WTG OEMs and surveyors
- •Ensure compliance with certification requirements
- •Monitor contractor performance and daily progress
- •Resolve planning and execution issues
- •Manage installation punch lists
- •Prepare handover for asset management
