Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or related technical discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in system integration for offshore wind, substations, power systems, or large industrial projects
- Strong understanding of OSS, ONS, TP, WTG, cable systems, protection & control, and SCADA architectures
- Expertise in interface management, system engineering, and integration methodologies
- Ability to interpret system diagrams, network architectures, SLDs, and control philosophies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at system level
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across disciplines and contractors
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset
Aufgaben
- Ensure technical integration across offshore wind farm systems
- Define and maintain system integration strategies and functional architectures
- Coordinate technical interfaces between disciplines and contractors
- Manage system-level risks and interface issues during all project phases
- Support system testing, commissioning, and energisation activities
- Maintain system integration documentation and drive continuous improvement
