Anforderungen

- Proven background in hands-on technical roles (engineering, installation, commissioning) prior to management
- Strong commercial and contract management expertise with solid technical understanding
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination skills in complex environments
- Deep, practical understanding of offshore wind packages and technical interfaces
- Ability to challenge and guide suppliers and engineering teams based on hands-on experience
- Ability to manage complexity, interfaces, and risk across multiple scopes
- Excellent communication and fluency in English; additional languages advantageous

- Define and embed package management strategy
- Establish robust delivery governance
- Lead and develop Package Managers
- Oversee supplier and contracting strategies
- Manage complex negotiations and claims
- Mitigate commercial risks
- Coordinate technical and commercial interfaces
- Manage cross-package dependencies and risks
- Drive integrated planning and resource allocation
- Ensure sequencing and execution readiness
- Collaborate with Engineering, Construction & Commissioning, Project Management, and HSE
- Monitor operational KPIs
- Provide consolidated reporting
- Embed continuous improvement and lessons learned
