In this role, you will oversee contract and claim management for offshore wind projects, ensuring compliance and supporting various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing contracts, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Procurement & Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• •Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience on large, complex infrastructure or energy projects
• •Proven track record in contract administration and claims management
• •Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• •Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •High ethical standards and integrity
• •Fluent written and spoken English
• •Strong MS Office skills
• •Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

Aufgaben

• •Manage contract and claim administration for offshore wind projects
• •Provide commercial and contractual support from contract execution to project completion
• •Assist Package Managers and teams with variations, amendments, and claims
• •Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for additional scope and procurement activities
• •Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and key dates
• •Administer payment milestones, liquidated damages, and claim timelines
• •Analyze contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps
• •Maintain and update risk, claim, and variation registers
• •Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and claims documentation
• •Coordinate contract- and claim-related matters across various stakeholders
• •Support meetings and dispute resolution efforts
