- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience on large, complex infrastructure or energy projects
- Proven track record in contract administration and claims management
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Aufgaben
- Manage contract and claim administration for offshore wind projects
- Provide commercial and contractual support from contract execution to project completion
- Assist Package Managers and teams with variations, amendments, and claims
- Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for additional scope and procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and key dates
- Administer payment milestones, liquidated damages, and claim timelines
- Analyze contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps
- Maintain and update risk, claim, and variation registers
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and claims documentation
- Coordinate contract- and claim-related matters across various stakeholders
- Support meetings and dispute resolution efforts
