- Ensure safe and efficient execution
- Manage interfaces between engineering and package management
- Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks
- Coordinate with Engineering, Package Management, and HSE
- Enable integrated planning and execution readiness
- Establish KPIs and provide consolidated reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through best practices
