- Strong understanding of project life cycles, critical path methods, resource planning
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and ability to engage/influence stakeholders
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project scheduling.
- Oversee full lifecycle schedule development.
- Align scheduling strategies, methods, and tools with standards.
- Improve PMO scheduling processes, tools, and templates.
- Guide and mentor junior scheduling staff.
- Coordinate scheduling efforts across teams.
- Report schedule performance to management.
- Ensure alignment with project baselines and critical path.
- Align executive activities for balanced schedules.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
- Use Primavera P6 for project schedules.
- Integrate schedules with contractor plans.
- Align schedules with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Generate schedule reports (s-curves, milestone tracking).
- Support quantitative schedule risk assessments (QSRA).
- Facilitate coordination among project teams.
- Lead scheduling meetings with stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling standards.
