- Create and analyze core HR reports
- Present headcount, FTE, and turnover metrics
- Report on recruiting KPIs
- Automate HR reporting in Power BI
- Enhance Excel-based reporting solutions
- Conduct ad hoc data analyses
- Prepare management-ready presentations
- Support HR cost planning and budgeting
- Assist with forecasting activities
- Participate in people analytics initiatives
- Support new reporting tool implementations
- Standardize and document HR reporting processes
- Collaborate with the HR Controlling team
