- •Deep understanding of HR controlling and reporting
- •Initial functional and disciplinary leadership experience
- •Strong analytical skills and profitability analyses

- •Fluent English and German language skills

- •Handle M&A controlling and integration
- •Prepare HR financial statements
- •Lead international reporting projects
- •Build modern BI dashboards
- •Set global workforce planning guidelines
- •Develop and implement PEX concepts
- •Manage ESG and HR reporting
- •Advise executives and external auditors
- •Coordinate with payroll and social security
- •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
