- Degree in business administration, MINT discipline, or comparable qualification
- Strong understanding of HR controlling and reporting
- Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO including BW
- Strong analytical mindset and independent analysis skills
- Experience in international initiatives and projects
- Strong communication skills and confident advisory presence
- Expert level Excel skills and BI dashboard experience
- Very good German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Manage workforce planning across all horizons
- Ensure proactive and efficient resource management
- Execute end-to-end periodic close processes
- Calculate and post personnel provisions
- Present financial results to external auditors
- Analyze and evaluate HR KPIs
- Provide strategic recommendations to management
- Optimize HR data quality and reporting
- Coordinate with international sales organizations
- Integrate acquired companies into global reporting
- Manage external HR data service providers
- Advise stakeholders on personnel-related KPIs
- Lead sub-projects for HR KPI development
- Support onboarding of new M&A entities
