- Ensure presentations adhere to SAP branding standards
- Prepare recurring formats like All-Employee Meetings and Town Halls
- Help prepare Service Reviews
- Analyze workforce, budget, and KPI/OKR data using Excel and SAP tools
- Build reports from analyzed data
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable summaries
- Research strategic and organizational topics for leadership
- Consolidate information for leadership decision-making
- Support project tracking across the Chief of Staff's portfolio
- Keep documentation in SharePoint and Jira up to date
- Take on independent task packages
- Contribute ideas to improve office operations
