Anforderungen
- Student at university or applied sciences
- Study in Business Administration, Communication, Media Management, Business Informatics, Marketing, or related field
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills
- Confident in Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and Docusaurus or similar collaboration tools is a plus
- Fluent English
- Fluent German

- Good sense for clear and professional communication
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support operational tasks
- First experience in content creation, presentation preparation, communication, or event organization is a plus

- Working from Walldorf/St.Leon-Rot office at least once per week

- Create PowerPoint presentations from rough input
- Structure and refine documents and concepts
- Draft internal communication, including emails and updates
- Prepare materials for workshops and meetings
- Support the organization of team events, including logistics
- Maintain and update content in SharePoint or similar tools
